Blaqk Audio is the side project made up of members from alternative goth kids, AFI. The main difference from the two bands is the amount of electronic dance grooves that are more present in Blaqk Audio’s album. Their music reminds me of the times I went to the 18 and under clubs back in ‘88 and ‘89. It seems like they never received the memo about new wave music, or they just don’t care. Either way, I really like this song. Today’s catch is “The Fear of Being Found”.

Justice, the French electronic band, has also been catagorized as a “Christian” group, which is very uncommon in the electro/dance genre. The ironic thing about my catch, D.A.N.C.E., is that the song is about Michael Jackson. I am not too familiar with Christian music, but I doubt there are too many of these bands that sing about MJ. Anyway, I really dig this song and the many refernces to Michael himself including PYT, ABC, and Black or White.
